The Bloomfield Junior Rugby League Football Club Inc. (the Club, Bloomfield) is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. You are encouraged to help us keep your personal information accurate, complete and up-to-date by contacting the club and informing us of any changes to your details. Data Security At the Bloomfield Club we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We ensure this by having such security measures as:

* Individual password access to systems and databases
* Secure file cabinets
We will also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer required for any purpose.

Where possible, the club will favour providing access. It may do so by providing access to the appropriate parts of the record or by using an appropriate ‘intermediary’.
We will take all reasonable steps to provide access within 30 days of your request. In cases where the request is not complicated or does not require access to a large volume of information, we will provide information within 14 days.
Anonymity
Whenever it is lawful or practicable, you will have the option of not identifying yourself when dealing with the club. Due to the nature of the services being provided to you this will be in very limited cases.
