Brendon Sturgeon

We were all truly shocked by the sudden passing of our wonderful friend and president Brendon Sturgeon (Sturg).

Brendon was such a great leader of our club and showed us all how strong we can become. His love of football was obvious in every aspect of the game, and his passionate enthusiasm was contagious. His main priority was the kids of our club, to make sure they enjoyed their footy.

We have all lost a great mate and he will always be remembered for his leadership/mateship and dearly missed by players, parents, coaches and club officials.

You would all be aware of my personal relationship with Brendon (Sturg) - which I will always treasure, but it was always clear to me, his greatest love was his family and our love, support and thoughts are, and always will be with Helen, Hayley and Lachlan.
